Consultations
The Care Commission has recently introduced Grading as a new method of inspecting Care Services such as MACS.
In order to involve parents/carers in how we can improve the quality of care at MACS, we recently asked how you would like us to consult with you. From this consultation we discovered that parents/carers would like to be consulted via questionnaire.
We regularly consult with children our projects regarding snacks provided, toys they would like and planning activities. We also recently consulted with children on what questions they would ask at a playcarers interview, what skills they would like playcarers to have and what they defined play as. This helped us identify activities that children prefer and what new resources were required for them.
The results of our Summer Questionnaires to all children who attended our Holiday Clubs during Summer 2009 and their Parents are now available to view. please click on a link below to view the information in PDF format. Copies are also available in all projects to view.
