Welcome to our Holiday care page, our registered customers can use our holiday services throughout the year, excluding public holidays. Prior to each holiday period, you will be emailed a Holiday Booking Form, which must be completed and submitted before the specified closing date. MACS will process the bookings on a first come, first served basis and will aim to provide care as requested.
Please note any trips offered during the holidays, will incur an additional charge, this will be detailed on the booking form.
Once Holiday Bookings are confirmed, any changes to your booking will result in full charges still being incurred. A late booking fee of £5.00 will be charged for holiday bookings received after the specified closing date.

Our Holiday Club(s) throughout the year will operate from 7:45 am to 6:00 pm (closing early at 4 pm on 24th & 31st December).
MACS will close on Public Holidays and Venues may be subject to change, depending on accessibility and the number of confirmed bookings.
All relevant Information will be detailed on each Holiday booking form.
cost
Cost information can be found by emailing general@macs.uk.com. Please note that Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare Scheme can be used to help with cost.
If trips are available to book, during any holiday, all details including cost will be included on the relevant Holiday Booking Form.
Please note any late bookings will incur a £5 fee and any requests to cancel days will result in full fees being incurred.

All current clients should receive a Holiday Booking Form prior to any upcoming holidays. Please submit this online form before the closing date to book care for your child. If you have not received an email from MACS containing the link to our online booking form, please check your Junk Mail, then contact us.

BOOKING TRIPS
If trips are available during a Holiday these will be detailed on the booking form. Details will include the date and time of the trip, which age group the trip is available for and the cost of the trip along with a link to the trip venues website if available for more information.
Please note that trips will only appear on the Booking Form once the relevant date has been selected for care. Please visit our Risk Assessments page to view more information.
Within the Data Protection (GDPR) children are given the right to have their opinions listened to and taken seriously by adults on matters that affect them. With this in mind, we ask that children are included when deciding on which trips to book (if any).
changing your holiday booking
Requested changes received prior to MACS confirming your booking:
All requests for changes to your submitted booking, including adding or cancelling days will be given consideration. After which we will advise you if we are to make these changes, without amendment fees.
Requested changes received after MACS has confirmed your booking:
All requests for additional days will be placed on a waiting list. If we are able to make your requested changes we will advise you and an amendment fee of £5.00 will be charged.
Any requests to cancel days will result in full fees being incurred.
CONFIRMING HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
Once the closing date has passed, MACS will process all Holiday bookings. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the original booking form. Once this has been sent out any cancellations will incur full fees being charged.
Care and any trips are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
holiday club activities
During any Holidays a wide range of activities are available for your child to take part in. We regularly have themed arts & crafts, cookery, baking, physical play, outside play and more. We try to make use of local amenities and children always choose which activities they would like to participate in.
breakfast, lunch & snacks @ macs
MACS provide a healthy breakfast and snack, children should however be provided with a packed lunch by parents/guardians. Before preparing your child's lunch, please view our Lunchbox Guidance which includes important information regarding minimising allergy risks for all children in our care.
Please remember MACS is a nut free zone.

If you know in advance that your child will not be attending the holiday club please contact Head Office on 0141 887 0002.
If the holidays have began, please contact the Holiday Club venue directly by using the telephone numbers provided to you on your Confirmation Email. These numbers can also be obtained by contacting Head Office.
For security reasons, please ensure you know your memorable phrase/password as you will be asked for this to confirm your identity.
